Temperature
The average annual temperature for temperate rainforests is about 0°C (32°F) because temperate rainforests are usually located close to the ocean, but for the warmer parts of the temperate rainforests the average annual temperature is around 20°C (68°F). As you can see on the graph below (which shows the annual average temperature, with the red line, and the annual precipitation, with the blue bars, for Vancouver which is in south western Canada, located in the temperate rainforest biome) the temperature goes up fairly significantly in the months between April and September, the spring and summer time, while the temperature is at it's lowest between the months of October and March, the fall and winter.
